Achieving Outcomes

Maximum Integrated Solutions (MIS) has a vast amount of experience across a range of industry verticals. This expertise allows us to optimise your business processes by streamlining and automating your systems, which in turn, results in greater efficiencies, fewer errors and increased productivity.

We achieve these outcomes because of our unique approach to solving workflow issues, providing a holistic solution that includes all three critical elements of this process. The first of the three components focuses on Business Analysis & Requirement Building, which is the initial phase where we analyse the issues and pain points that prevent your organisation from becoming a market leader in your industry and create detailed specifications to solve them. The second stage focuses on developing your automation workflow software. And the third stage centres on comprehensive testing, QA (Quality Assurance) and QC (Quality Control).

In this first stage, however, our goal is to identify the problems that create inefficiencies in your systems and to do that requires an organisational perspective. This ability to view an organisation as a whole and to elicit the required information that identifies both the issues at hand and the solutions that are needed is one of our strengths.

Business Analysis & Requirement Building is the process of identifying, analysing, defining and documenting the specifications that are needed to achieve a specific objective. These specifications define the scope of the project, drive the development forward and assist in ensuring that the deliverables perfectly match your requirements.

The depth and breadth of this initial phase of the project is unique to Maximum Integrated Solutions. This is because most other technology companies rely on the client to provide this information. However, our holistic approach and our in-depth research into your systems and processes, allows us to provide you with a complete turnkey solution designed specifically to resolve the issues and challenges faced by your company in a way that far surpasses others.

Moderated discovery workshops

Using a modified, functional AgiFall methodology that provides the best from both the Agile and Waterfall methodologies, we elicit all the information required to identify the issues and challenges that reduce efficiencies, create errors and limit productivity.

To develop a comprehensive and effective scope of work for a project we deploy an onsite team of experts who conduct moderated discovery workshops with stakeholders and employees. They apply an appropriate combination of tools, techniques and methodologies to a wide variety of scenarios in order to achieve high quality outcomes quickly and efficiently. These sessions are designed to elicit the ongoing challenges and issues that occur on a daily basis as a result of your existing systems and processes and assist in the design of sustainable systematic solutions that deliver business value to stakeholders.

This elicitation process is one of our unique offerings, as most other software development companies request this information from the client. The overriding purpose of the Business Analysis process is to capture the list of work to be undertaken for planning purposes, traceability, and as a basis for analysing and setting priorities.

During these discovery workshops, the Maximum Integrated Solutions team of moderators assist in the following:

The four key outputs from this initial phase are the Master Story List (MSL) to capture the scope of work to be undertaken, data maps driven by business rules, process flow diagrams and interactive wireframes. These four outputs assist the coders to develop your software solutions and form the testing manual that we use to ensure that the final deliverables are as expected by the client.

By bringing methodology and process to business problem solving to improve efficiency of investment and predictability of outcomes, our specialised Business Analysis perspectives will effectively deliver, plan, manage and implement customer-centric business and technology solutions for your organisation.

Once all the issues and challenges have been identified and the most suitable solutions confirmed and agreed, we move onto the design phase of the project.
